Terms and conditions:

1. The domain is purchased by you in order to maintain legal ownership.
2. The source code remains in our ownership up to 12 months (permanence) from the start of the collaboration, when it is released to the beneficiary. If during the first 12 months, you decide to end the partnership (payment freeze) for any reason, then the online store is deactivated, and then deleted, along with its contents. Alternatively you can buy out the remaining time and pick up the source code as your property.
3. In case you decide to upgrade the existing eShop package (with one of our packages), within the first 12 months, you will have to pay the construction difference corresponding to the new package plus the increased payment amount for each month. After 12 months, you can change the support package according to your needs with the only charge being the monthly amount of hosting and support.
4. Access to the administrative menu is limited to what is absolutely necessary for creating, managing and modifying the content and catalog in order to avoid any side effects that could jeopardize the smooth operation and security of the store.
5. Delivery time is measured in working days. 1 week = 5-7 working days, 1.5 week = 7-9 working days, 2 weeks = 10-12 working days.
6. Any implementation of additional features on request, increases the delivery time in proportion to the required working hours.
7. Estimated delivery time may change without notice, prior to acceptance and commencement of work, due to work overload or unforeseen factors.
8. Any change after the end of the estimated duration and different from the ones agreed upon, through your own responsibility, will be charged up to 25€/hour and the implementation will be according to your new requirement.
9. Prices do not include electronic processing, production or rental of stock photography, scanning costs, essays, copywriter, translator.
